Then you should heat oil in a straight-sided sauté pan over medium heat.
Add the chicken and cook without moving for 9 minutes or until golden brown on the bottom. Add butter to the pan ensuring to lift the chicken to get underneath and cook for an additional 1 minute. Then turn the chicken over and repeat with the other side, adding butter and cooking for an additional minute.
